The shuffle dance is an electronic dance style born in Melbourne (Australia) in the late 80s that exploded globally in the 2000s with the rave and electro scene. Its base move — the Running Man — is a rhythmic slide of the feet that simulates running backwards. Simple to understand, hard to master.
Today the shuffle dance is one of the most viral styles in the world thanks to genres like Hardstyle, Electro and Melbourne Bounce. At Adrenaline we teach it in Madrid from level zero, with a progressive method so you see visible results from the very first workshop.

The Shuffle is built on two base moves: the Running Man and T-Step. The Cutting Shapes, born in the UK, works on the Criss Cross and Charleston. At Adrenaline we teach both, and we call their combination European Style.
